DELIVERY TIME

We ship all over the world, we also have foreign warehouses and therefore times could be slowed due to Covid-19 restrictions. Delivery can take between 7 and 14 working days.

Orders are shipped via DHL, Poste Italiane, SDA, GLS, TNT, FedEx, UBI, UPS, USPS or the local courier depending on the shipping address provided. Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 24 - 48 hours, during peak periods please allow up to 3 days of shipping.

All orders are shipped from Europe, USA, Australia, China or Singapore depending on how close your shipping address is, this allows us to deliver your items faster.

We are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Note: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, our carriers may experience delays in shipping and updating information due to shipping company restrictions. Medical supplies such as masks and medical equipment have priority for shipping during this period. ONLY in exceptional cases it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the order to be delivered after it has been processed.
