Our return policy is 14 days which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received in, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
-In the case of BribeUShop's liability, we will be responsible for the extra shipping costs, not including the initial shipping costs.
-In the case of the customer's responsibility, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs in both directions (to and from our warehouse).
-The refund or exchange will be made once the warehouse has received the return.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Failure to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address
We are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address. In case of non-delivery by our couriers due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the costs of new shipping will be borne by the customer.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or coupons.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for banking or credit card business matters to process and submit your refund.
